The online shop is an internet service that allows you to browse and purchase a selection of our products. 

The display of our products in our online shop serves the purpose of submitting a purchasing offer. By clicking the buttom “PLACE ORDER”, you will submit a binding purchasing offer and close a contract with us.  The products sold in our website are provided for private domestic and consumer use only.

In the event that the ordered and paid product is not available, the reason is that we have not been provided with this product by our suppliers without fault on our side.  If this case should occur, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract between you and us. In such an event we will inform you as soon as possible.  If you don`t wish to wait for your purchased product, we will refund you any payments already made.

Once you have purchased a product through the online shop, we will send you an a confirmation email.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with an accurate and valid email address.

From time to time, wholesale partners will manage and support your order, including -where relevant- shipping and handling, customer service and other activities.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur.

The only prices that apply for our products are those stated on our material on our website. We can not vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.



While we use all reasonable endeavours to make sure that our online shop is available 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee that your access will be uninterrupted or error free.  Access may be unavailable temporarily without notice in the event of a system failure, maintenance or any reason beyond our control.

ADVANCED PAYMENT For each payment settlement throuh the bank account, a tax invoice will be sent to you via email and the order will be delivered to you as soon as possible.   PAYMENT OPTIONS You can purchase products from the online shop with the following options:

      We acccpet: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Eurocard. Please note that, according to the payment method you will follow, there is a possibility of extra charges relevant to your bank for which we will not be responsible. We require you to provide your Credit Card Verification Code (or CVC) in order to process your payment.  The CVC is a number that appears on your credit card that allows us to verify that the person placing the order has direct access to the credit card being used. Please ensure that you provide accurate credit card details, CVC code, billing address and other information that we request from you in order to process your payment.  We may not be able to process your payment or deliver your products if the information you provide is incorrect.  

    2. PayPal

      All purchases will be charged to your nominated card or account upon submission of your order. You will receive an automatic receipt by Paypal.

Currently, we ship only to customers with delivery address in EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland.  If you live outside the above mentioned areas and would like to buy our products, please contact us directly at [email protected].

After having received your order and payment, we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. We aim for a delivery time of 3-4 working days but please note that this time frame is intended as a guide only and we are unable to guarantee delivery of your goods by or within a certain time. If your order has not been delivered to you within 10 working days after your order placement, please send a email to [email protected].

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provide are accurate and complete. Otherwise, we will not be able to deliver your order.

The transport company we will use depends on the destination and quantity of the order.

Important Information for BazookaGoal CUSTOM: The delivery of the BazookaGoal Custom has a different approach.  After we have received your payment, we will send you first  your 16 BazookaGoals ORIGINAL. The delivery of your custom nets with your logo will take around 5-8 weeks. This is because a specific production time of your nets is needed by our printing company.


If your goods are returned to us by the postal service or our delivery company we will contact you to inform you about this.  If the goods have been returned to us as a result of our error, we will re-send the goods to you for no extra charge.  In case you have provided incorrect delivery details,  you will be requested to pay us in advance an additional postage charge, before re-sending the goods to you.


If your purchase is in any way defective, damaged or not as described by arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and further action will be taken by our side.


We offer a product guarantee of 3 months.

If your purchased product should show any kind of problems during this period, please send an email with a picture and a short description of the problem to:  [email protected]. If the damage or deficiencies are not resulting from improper use (wrong operation or storage, negligent or faulty service and maintenance or overstraining) we will provide you with a refund, replacement or repair.

You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you have received the goods. If you wish to return your purchased goods, please send an email to [email protected]. We will inform you about the address of the corresponding warehouse.

The transport of the purchased products back to us has to be arranged and paid by your side. You are responsible for packaging your item such that there is no risk of damage or deterioration in transit. After the product has arrived at our warehouse we will arrange a refund to your bank account providing the goods are returned in a perfect condition and not used. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
